Bad spammers knows how to escape antispam techniques

I don't know if I should call them bad spammers or smart ones, cause all spam is bad. But I noticed that some splog can escape AntiSplog for the simple reason that they don't use blogspot as a hosting, but using their own hosting and their own domain names.

A Company XYZ can launch a blog to talk about their products ABC, in their own website which make it difficult to detect as a splog or a normal company blog.

Here is the case of 5 domain names registered for spamming :

  1. www.hemorrhoids-relief-online.com/blog/
  2. www.amazinggardentoolsguide.com/blog/
  3. www.amazinglandscapingguide.com/blog/
  4. www.forshredders.com
  5. www.cement.sperm-egg-donation.com/blog/
The number 4 : ForSherdders didn't escape AntiSplog and it was detected correctly as Splogger. The problem persist with the others which create a wordpress blog under /blog/ folder with hundreds if I don't say thousands of posts very optimized. Just 10 posts per page, all of them are Uncategorized, using the default install of wordpress, and even the default template, ugly domain names, and the title of the blog is the same as the domain name.

The number 5 about cement have been implemented as a seperate case. And I have used tools from MegaExpired.com service to get some reports about the other blogs so AntiSplog could easily detect them in the future.

And the more we test the more we can optimize this service. And glad that in the last two days there is no more "normal blogs" detected as splog.
